Mr. Ford focuses on law suits in the areas of personal injury, civil rights, employment, construction, family law, landlord tenant, contracts and estate administration.
A graduate of Rutgers College in 2007 with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy, Mr. Ford earned his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2010.
Mr. Ford was a law clerk with the firm of Stout & O’Hagan, Neptune, NJ. He joined Birdsall & Laughlin, LLC, as a law clerk in 2009 and became an associate attorney with the firm upon his admission to practice.
Mr. Ford is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association.
Mr. Ford is the author of a seminar on Estate Planning for Families with Children with Special Needs, presented to the Bayshore Jointure Commission Developmental Learning Center in February 2011.
