Ms. Clark is experienced in estate planning, elder law, probate matters, residential real estate closings, commercial real estate development and transactions, landlord / tenant disputes and land use matters. She also handles many types of law suits involving personal injury claims, sexual harassment and hostile work environment matters in state and federal courts, as well as chancery matters, family law cases, guardianship and estate disputes.
After a judicial clerkship with Hon. Judge Anthony J. Mellaci, Jr., Superior Court of New Jersey, Michele joined Stout & O’Hagan in 2005 and Birdsall & Laughlin LLC in 2009.
On a part time basis, Michele teaches paralegal studies courses at the Horizon Institute of Paralegal Studies in Linden, New Jersey. In addition, she is currently a Barrister in the Haydn Proctor Inns of Court.
