Ms. Birdsall has more than 30 years of experience representing clients in a wide variety of civil litigation, administrative and transactional matters. Among the areas of concentration are land use and real estate matters; estate planning; probate of wills; trusts and estate administrations and guardianships. Her clients have included public entities at the municipal and County level. She has thorough litigation experience not only in the trial division but also before the Appellate Division and the NJ Supreme Court, and in the Federal courts of New Jersey.
